Park Tables is wholly owned web store by Furniture Leisure, Inc. herein know as Park Tables. All orders placed on-line with Park Tables require agreement to terms and conditions to make a purchase and create a binding contract. All other orders require a signed quote constituting a binding contract with Park Tables. The person who authorizes the contract asserts by signing or electronically authorizing that he or she is responsible for compliance with the terms and conditions of Park Tables.
Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Corporate Checks or wire Transfers are the preferred methods of payment. Payment arrangements can be made by calling toll free 1-866-230-2388. If terms are granted, the date the merchandise ships is the beginning date of the Terms for Payment. Park Tables Reserves the right to modify, revoke or extend terms.
All orders will be scheduled to ship as soon as possible (ASAP) unless otherwise requested by the customer. Park Tables does not guarantee delivery dates but will use every effort to accommodate our customers needs. Requests to change delivery schedules must be made in writing seven days prior to scheduled shipment to avoid additional shipping cost. Costs due to changes requested by our customer such as storage, redirecting shipment, late request for lift gate service or any shipping and handling cost not included in the original order will be advised in advance and billed to the purchaser.
Any damage in shipment must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt and supplied to Park Tables not later than three days after receipt of merchandise. Title to all merchandise shipped transfers to the purchaser when accepted by the carrier. It is suggested to write“Accepted subject to later recount and inspection for hidden damage” on the shipping receipt.
All warranties are supplied and enforced by the manufacturer. Written warranties are available upon request.Park Tables assumes no responsibility to extend, alter, or modify any product warranty.
Park Tables will be held harmless against all claims of liability resulting from the handling, installation and use of these products.
The customer agrees to pay reasonable collection costs allowed by law and/or attorneys fees incurred in connection with the collection of a debt regarding this transaction. The venue for any litigation with Park Tableswill be Flagler County Florida.
Receiving, Off-Loading, Assembly and Installation of the merchandise is solely the customer’s responsibility and is not included in the price unless stated in writing. Choices of additional services such as lift-gate or inside delivery made after the order is place may be subject to re consignment charges as well as the additional services. Refusing a delivery does not relieve charges for delivery or associated cost.
Park Tables offers a 30 day conditional money back guarantee for stock Merchandise. All stock merchandise in new condition may be returned within 30days of receipt. The original cartons are required. Stock merchandise returns are subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the sales price and all shipping expenses. Customer will receive a return authorization from Park Tables when the customer approves the return cost prior to shipping. Park Tables will use all efforts to minimize expenses forreturns.All Custom Orders (orders that include customers’ choice of color or non-standard style) are non-cancelable and non-returnable.
Park Tables reserves the right to change prices of merchandise and shipping cost. This includes advertised prices on the web site.
